Program Analyst

• You keep complex programs running smoothly - maintaining RAID logs, dependency registers, and status reports that give the team and senior stakeholders a clear, accurate picture at all times • You build and maintain delivery forecasts and workback schedules across multiple concurrent workstreams, quickly reforecasting when priorities shift • You support Program and Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and dependency mapping, turning moving parts into a coherent, executable plan • You monitor program budgets across Capex, Opex, forecasts, and run rates - tracking actuals against approved business cases and funding envelopes, identifying cost variances, and providing analysis on financial risks • You support financial modelling for program decisions and investment prioritisation, ensuring the numbers behind every decision are accurate and well-understood • You support communication between engineering, infrastructure, product, finance, and vendor teams, ensuring consistent, accurate information flows between delivery teams and program leadership so nothing gets lost in translation • You prepare Board and Executive-level materials, status dashboards, and briefing packs that are clear, accurate, and tailored to the audience • You coordinate governance forums, steering committees, and working groups - capturing decisions, actions, and outcomes so the team can move fast with confidence • You spot trends and patterns in program data early, flagging delivery risks and opportunities before they become problems • You build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the program, communicating proactively and following through on every commitment • You apply EPMO frameworks, tools, and templates consistently, contributing to a high-quality, repeatable delivery model that scales across programs

Job Requirements

  • Experience in project or program analysis within technology environments and supporting large transformation or platform migration programs
  • Experience working within structured delivery frameworks (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Strong understanding of program governance structures, risk management frameworks, delivery lifecycle management and executive reporting standards
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems, and learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
  • Performs effectively in an environment of change and high pressure
  • Passion for taking on big challenges and seeing them through to completion
  • Aptitude for clear communication, consultation and consideration of others
  • You like a (VERY) fast-paced environment
