Job Duties: Develops, designs and executes project plans, schedules budgets and deliverables. Identifies needed resources for projects, defines and assigns major project roles. Monitors and provides stakeholder communication of the program/project from initiation through delivery. Establish and maintain strong cross-functional relationships. Risk and conflict management. Strategic planning and improvement of framework and processes for project management. Develop rigorous data-driven metrics and deliverables for projects. Job Duties and Responsibilities: The Program Manager in NTT DATA’s Microsoft Practice leads multi‑workstream enterprise programs across Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and related CRM/Cloud ecosystems.
