Lead Pricing Analyst
DTN
• Partner with Product Management to design and maintain pricing strategies aligned to business targets • Continuously adjust pricing strategies based on market dynamics and competitive conditions • Conduct customer and market research to assess competitive positioning, segmentation, and customer needs • Define optimal pricing structures, feature packaging, and pricing metrics • Design and implement innovative pricing models to maximize margin while maintaining customer traction • Implement pricing plans within systems used by Sales for customer pricing and quoting • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and subject matter experts to execute pricing initiatives • Develop and deliver pricing-related collateral to support commercial teams, including guidance for price increases
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience in pricing, analytics, or related functions
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive decisions
- Proven problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative mindset
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically to deliver results
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to lead discussions with business leaders and customers
- High level of empathy and listening skills to understand customer and stakeholder needs

This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses.
