Role Description Kearney & Company is currently seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our team. The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for the following: - Collaborating with proposal teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and compliant cost/price proposals - Building and maintaining Government Excel pricing models and templates for proposal submission - Developing price volumes aligned with solicitation instructions and evaluation criteria - Reviewing RFQs and RFPs to identify pricing-related matters, including risks, inconsistencies, and compliance requirements, and drafting clarification questions as appropriate - Translating solicitation requirements into structured, compliant pricing approaches - Recommending pricing schedules and timelines to ensure proposal milestones and quality standards are achieved - Performing competitive price analysis, historical benchmarking, and pricing trend analysis - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including contracts, subcontracts, compliance, and technical personnel - Supporting pre-award pricing discussions and negotiations, as appropriate - Communicating pricing strategies, risks, and recommendations to leadership and executive stakeholders - Ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and solicitation requirements Qualifications - Minimum 2.5 years of Federal Government pricing experience - Direct experience developing price volumes and Government Excel pricing spreadsheets/models for proposal submission - Demonstrated ability to analyze RFQs and RFPs and identify pricing-related matters - Experience supporting pricing efforts on IDIQs, BPAs, and/or Task Orders - Experience presenting pricing strategies to leadership or executive stakeholders - Strong knowledge of FAR and contract types (FFP, T&M, Cost-Reimbursable etc.) - Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX, IF) - Strong analytical and communication skills - Ability to obtain a U.S. secret level security clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship) Requirements - Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting Federal consulting or CPA firms - Familiarity with Costpoint, Cognos, Salesforce - Exposure to AI tools in pricing Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, and Disability Insurance - 401(k) Retirement Plan and 529 Education Savings Plan - Flexible Spending & Health Savings Account - Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity Insurances - Legal Insurance and Pet Insurance - Employee Assistance Program, fitness and wellness benefits, and other firm benefits - Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time

This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Kearney & Company is looking for a VMware Systems Administrator to join our team! As a VMware Systems Administrator the daily responsibilities will include monitoring the health and performance of VMware ESXi hosts and virtual machines, alongside performing essential system patching and upgrades. Analytical skills will be vital as you assess capacity and performance trends, recommending improvements for optimal system efficiency. Kearney & Company is looking for a Windows System Administrator to join our team! The Windows System Administrator will perform system administration tasks, to include infrastructure administration and automation, information security support and configurations, software and OS installation/updates, and follow configuration/change control processes.
