Role Description As a Senior US Agency Partner, you will be expected to: - Develop, expand, and nurture deeper agency relationships across the US big 5 agency holdco/opco ecosystem (i.e. agency c-level, client leadership and agency CoE leadership across investment, social, programmatic, ad ops, and brand safety) with the primary goal of driving revenue growth. - Work with client leaders within the agency to prospect the brands they manage - help them understand the value DV could bring to their client, and ultimately support the adoption of DV solutions. - Educate and evangelize DV’s distinctive value proposition to key agency influencers and decision makers to gain their support and endorsement. - Ideate and execute agency-wide activation workstreams and growth strategies to accelerate DV adoption and revenue growth, whilst also driving value for our agencies and their clients. - Manage a complex (i.e. multi-constituent) network of stakeholders, leveraging your in-depth understanding of the overall ad business and agency landscape, to become a trusted partner to the agency(ies). - Lead, negotiate and close deals and create mutually beneficial joint partnership plans. - Collaborate closely with fellow DV colleagues throughout the deal lifecycle, from prospecting through RFP management and post-sale engagement. This is a highly strategic opportunity to drive an immediate and meaningful impact on one of the fastest-growing businesses in the AdTech industry. We are looking for a strong, strategic salesperson who has a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and a passion for the latest emerging technologies, coupled with an extensive senior stakeholder network across some of the largest US agencies. Qualifications - 12 years, or more, experience as a top seller in Ad Sales with a focus on the big 5 agencies and multi-stakeholder B2B sales techniques. - Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience. - Deeply networked with extensive contacts and strong relationships across 2 or more of the media agencies within the Big 5 networks. - Extensive experience developing innovative commercial solutions (i.e. deals and/or Joint Partnership Plans), proactively identifying sources of mutual strategic value and revenue growth with media agencies. - Deep understanding and fluency in all aspects of Digital Media, Media Buying (i.e. Digital, Programmatic, Video/CTV) and AdTech. - Experience in C-level and/or senior-agency stakeholder relationship management, effectively translating complex business needs and challenges into innovative solutions. - Highly adept at developing productive relationships across internal, cross-functional teams (i.e. Sales, Product, Marketing, Account Management) with exceptional collaboration skills. - Ability to effectively manage multiple senior-level agency relationships and work across multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment. - Exceptional presentation and communication skills. Requirements - The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined by a number of non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and internal equity relative to peers at DV. - The estimated salary range for this role, based on the qualifications set forth in the job description, is between $137,000 - $260,000. - This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits. - The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles and recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.
