Role Description We’re looking for a remote Junior Designer across all LATAM to support our client's creative team across branding, ads, and marketing assets. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in visual design who wants to grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You’ll collaborate closely with creative strategists and growth teams to bring ideas to life while maintaining a high standard of visual quality and brand consistency. Key Responsibilities - Design Execution - Create visual assets for ads, social media, landing pages, and marketing campaigns - Execute designs based on creative briefs and direction - Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints - Support fast-paced production of creative assets - Branding & Visual Direction - Apply strong branding principles across all work - Ensure designs align with brand identity and guidelines - Support the evolution and refinement of the brand’s visual direction - Maintain consistency in tone, style, and presentation - Creative Support - Collaborate with creative strategists and copywriters to bring concepts to life - Translate ideas and messaging into compelling visuals - Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance - Workflow & Collaboration - Manage tasks within structured workflows - Communicate clearly on progress, updates, and revisions - Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Qualifications - Strong foundation in branding and visual design - Good eye for layout, aesthetics, and creative direction - Experience designing for ads, social media, or digital marketing - Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar) - Ability to follow direction while also contributing creatively - Strong attention to detail and ability to execute quickly - Comfortable working remotely in a collaborative team environment Requirements - USD Salary - Ability to work remotely
