Asset Manager – Commercial Real Estate
Optimal
• Perform lease abstraction and detailed lease analysis • Monitor lease compliance, including insurance requirements, rent escalations, and late fee triggers • Review and validate CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations • Analyze historical ledgers and financial records for accuracy and completeness • Assist in preparing and managing property budgets • Track and analyze financial performance across the portfolio • Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions • Support the preparation of financial and performance reports • Review property and tenant records to ensure accuracy and completeness • Maintain compliance with lease terms, policies, and internal standards • Provide insights and support for portfolio-level operational improvements
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial real estate (required; not limited to residential)
- Strong understanding of commercial lease structures and financial reporting
- Experience with CAM reconciliations and lease compliance tracking
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial analysis, reporting, data management)
- Experience with property management systems such as AppFolio (or similar platforms)
- Familiarity with project or task management tools (e.g., Asana)
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage and document complex lease and financial information
- Experience supporting multi-property or portfolio-level operations
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Responsible for working on the day-to-day requirements of Payer Credentialing and Enrollments. • Determine without guidance what needs to be worked on and prioritized. • Partner with the team lead to focus on optimizing revenue, standardizing processes, building and maintaining strong payer relationships, and ensuring positive internal and external client experiences. • Holding a major role of responsibility with a high-performing payer credentialing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Continuously evaluate and improve existing payer enrollment processes and systems, leveraging technology, vendors, and best practices to enhance quality and productivity. • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively adjust processes and ensure continued compliance. • Comply with all State and Federal Laws regarding an effective Compliance Program, inclusive of HIPAA Privacy and Security. • Adhere to the organization's Code of Conduct and be familiar with all compliance policies and procedures relevant to this position. • Hold oneself accountable for completing all activities in a timely manner.
