Oncology Nurse Educator

Role Description As an Oncology Nurse Educator, you will hold a pivotal position within the Replimune US organization, responsible for driving success within key Oncology Centers. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Nurse Educators and Interventional Radiology Coordinators, the Oncology Nurse Educator will partner with a cross-functional internal team and external stakeholders to successfully support the launch of our emerging skin cancer portfolio. This is a field-based position. Candidates must reside within the territory for which they are applying. Responsibilities - Ensure optimal patient outcomes by focusing on Medical Oncology multidisciplinary team members, Oncology societies, and targeted melanoma patient advocacy group initiatives. - Provide approved guidance on RP1 administration, including techniques, dosing, biosafety matters, and the like as appropriate and approved. - Be available to be onsite or available virtually for all first administrations of RP1. - Drive positive early experiences with RP1. - Schedule and deliver Branded and Unbranded Promotional Speaker programs. - Support peer-to-peer patient education initiatives. - Deliver approved RP1 efficacy information and provide AE identification and treatment guidance. - Partner with the marketing team on the development and execution of patient support materials. - Attend and participate in local, regional, and national oncology/melanoma conferences and society meetings. - Identify and engage with RN, NP, and NN interested and willing to work with Replimune. - Support nursing (NP, RN, and NN) advisory board recruitment and execution. - Organize ONS/JADPRO local chapter dinner programs. - Support Advocacy Group partnerships and participate in key initiatives. Qualifications - Innovative mind-set and strategic thinking. - Strong collaboration and communication skills. - Relationship building abilities. - Ability to support regional team's successful execution. - Background in Oncology Nursing with a preference for those with skin cancer experience. - Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to play a hands-on role in supporting launch excellence. - Bachelor’s degree is required; graduate degree a plus; OCN a plus. Requirements - Minimum of 7 years of Oncology Nursing experience. - Pharma/biotech or related experience. - Passionate about providing a first-rate customer experience to internal & external customers. - Strong ability to communicate with a data-driven focus. - Excellent communication skills. - Excellent presentation skills. - Strong time management skills including the ability to multi-task on various projects and to prioritize under fixed schedules and in high-pressure situations.
