Role Description As an Oncology Nurse Educator, you will hold a pivotal position within the Replimune US organization, responsible for driving success within key Oncology Centers. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Nurse Educators and Interventional Radiology Coordinators, the Oncology Nurse Educator will partner with a cross-functional internal team and external stakeholders to successfully support the launch of our emerging skin cancer portfolio. This is a field-based position. Candidates must reside within the territory for which they are applying. Responsibilities - Ensure optimal patient outcomes by focusing on Medical Oncology multidisciplinary team members, Oncology societies, and targeted melanoma patient advocacy group initiatives. - Provide approved guidance on RP1 administration, including techniques, dosing, biosafety matters, and the like as appropriate and approved. - Be available to be onsite or available virtually for all first administrations of RP1. - Drive positive early experiences with RP1. - Schedule and deliver Branded and Unbranded Promotional Speaker programs. - Support peer-to-peer patient education initiatives. - Deliver approved RP1 efficacy information and provide AE identification and treatment guidance. - Partner with the marketing team on the development and execution of patient support materials. - Attend and participate in local, regional, and national oncology/melanoma conferences and society meetings. - Identify and engage with RN, NP, and NN interested and willing to work with Replimune. - Support nursing (NP, RN, and NN) advisory board recruitment and execution. - Organize ONS/JADPRO local chapter dinner programs. - Support Advocacy Group partnerships and participate in key initiatives. This role is field-based and reports to the Senior Director of ONE/IROC West Educators. - Help ensure a clear, patient-focused culture that values people, passion, and performance. - Contribute within the commercial organization and work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, Training & Development, Market Access & Strategic Accounts, Medical Affairs, and Compliance. - Elevate confidence in the RP1 injection process and create a positive first experience for patients and stakeholders. Responsibilities - Ensure optimal patient outcomes by focusing on: - Educating and creating comfort with the RP1 administration with key stakeholders. - Supporting the identification & management of adverse events. - Delivering unbranded disease awareness education. - Partnering with ONS and JADPRO chapters to support educational initiatives. - Creating and maintaining relationships with local and regional multidisciplinary team KOLs (Nursing, APP, etc.). - Educating customers on appropriate product storage and addressing Biosafety questions. - Partnering with the marketing team on the development and execution of Patient Support Materials. - Scheduling and executing Branded & Unbranded Speaker Programs. - Supporting the needs of EAP sites and ensuring appropriate pull-through at commercial sites. - Partnering with Patient Advocacy Groups on specific initiatives as needed. - Supporting educational needs of the local/regional internal account teams. - Gather and share insights, maximize presentation opportunities, support strategic planning, and ensure flawless execution across the regional team. - Display an innovative mindset, strategic thinking, strong collaboration and communication skills, and relationship building. Salary Range Replimune is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, the anticipated base pay range is $183,000.00 - $236,500.00. Role Description The Director of Pricing, Contracting and Government Programs will report to the Executive Director of Market Access and Value. This leader will be primarily responsible for government price reporting validation, contract execution and pricing recommendations. Proactively assess and develop contracting strategies and tactics to effectively overcome barriers to access for Replimune products. This position can be based either in our Woburn office or be a remote role. Responsibilities - Responsible for the approach, design and tactics to maximize uptake in preferred formulary positions and contract profitability. - Optimize any rebate programs through account specific pull-through and communication tools and resources. - Collaborate with the Account Teams to identify opportunities to expand account collaborations beyond a transactionable focus. - Develop strategy and support for additional account interactions beyond contracting to create collaborations and key account partnerships. - Create programs to maximize forecasting and revenue recognition with external vendors. - Coordinate revenue recognition factors with internal and external partners. - Validate chargeback reporting using distribution data supplied by external vendors. - Monitor contract performance using developed key performance metrics. - Be responsible for managing the Return Goods policy with 3PL. - Execute required government reporting requirements either internally or with contracted vendors. - Ensure compliance with all necessary pricing policies at the national or state level. - Proactively collaborate with Account Teams to identify competitive and account specific opportunities and threats to ensure optimal access to Replimune products. - Willing to undertake various responsibilities outside of your area of expertise as opportunity presents. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in the Finance field. - MBA strongly preferred. - CPA a plus. - 10+ years of biotech/pharma experience with 5 years fully accountable for managing pricing and contracting deliverables. - Experience in buy and bill model with commercial and government-based payers. - Oncology experience strongly preferred. - Strong leadership and collaboration skills and the ability to drive consensus. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. - Deep understanding of performance and operational indicators of success. - Demonstrated experience forecasting and managing vendor budgets. - Strong background in pharma data platforms. - Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to make sound business arguments to influence internal and external decision makers. - Extensive communication and collaboration skills and the ability to drive consensus. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment with high expectations and accountability for the quality and timing of deliverables. - Willing to undertake various responsibilities outside of your area of expertise. - Experience in influence management across internal stakeholders and external partners.
