• Review the results of trade support services (outsourced operations) activities against established service level standards. • Oversee the setup security master file set-ups, standard wettlement instruction entry, counterparty configuration input, start-of-day processing results, cash and position reconciliation output, data loads and other activities. • Review start of day processing results to ensure all inputs have processed and are reasonable. • Perform end of day review to ensure all transactions are confirmed. • Confirm external manager data has loaded and address and report any issues. • Source and maintain broker, trade routing and standing settlement instructions. • Participate in projects and compliance-related activities.

Job Requirements

  • Familiarity with AI process improvements and automation a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
  • Demonstrated of financial services operations experience within an insurance company, asset manager, bank, or related industry firm.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills.
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office products and investment administration/operation systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of cash management concepts.
