Why is this HR Operations Analyst role different This role provides broad exposure across the HR enterprise — partnering with Operations, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, analysts, and senior leadership. Responsibilities Related Affordable seeks a Human Resources Generalist who will support site-based employees throughout the Mid-Western United States. The Generalist will be the first point of contact for employee relations matters and performance management for approximately 200-300 property management employees including our support teams.
