Role Description: Senior Analyst Relations Manager Role Purpose: Wasabi is seeking a strategic, experienced AR leader to elevate and modernize our global analyst relations program. In this role, you will develop high-impact relationships with influential analysts across cloud infrastructure, storage, AI, and adjacent markets. You will serve as a trusted partner to Wasabi’s executive, product, and sales teams—advancing our visibility, strengthening competitive position, and driving measurable influence on revenue. This is a pivotal opportunity to shape the Wasabi story for those who shape enterprise purchasing decisions. *Principals only. No recruiters. Responsibilities: - Strategy & Relationship Ownership - Own and lead Wasabi’s global analyst relations program across Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and other firms, with clear KPIs tied to influence and revenue impact. - Develop and execute a year-round engagement plan that increases positive perception, visibility, and competitive placement. - Pipeline Influence & Sales Activation - Establish AR attribution tracking to quantify impact on pipeline creation, influenced revenue, and deal progression. - Embed AR into sales and channel motions, ensuring analyst validations and insights are used to drive conversions. - Translate analyst insights into actionable plays that support opportunity creation, objection handling, and deal acceleration. - Advise the sales team on analyst referrals and maintain a repository of analyst quotes, reports, and competitive commentary. - Cross-Functional Leadership - Orchestrate collaboration across communications, market insights, product management, sales, customer success, and executives to deliver high-impact analyst interactions. - Synthesize analyst insights into recommendations for product, marketing, and leadership teams. - Measurement & Reporting - Develop clear reporting demonstrating AR’s influence on buyer evaluations, vendor shortlists, deal velocity, and sentiment shifts. - Track analyst interactions, perception changes, and competitive landscape insights in tandem with market insights team. - Program Management - Maintain detailed research calendars, ensuring readiness for all key evaluations and reports. - Coordinate briefings, inquiries, RFIs, and contract management. - Identify emerging analyst firms and new influence points. Requirements: - - 8+ years in Analyst Relations within high-growth B2B technology; cloud or storage experience strongly preferred. - Demonstrated success improving a company’s visibility, competitive positioning, and analyst sentiment. - Strong understanding of analyst report methodologies and their influence on enterprise buying behavior. - Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills; able to distill complex technology into compelling narratives. - Proven ability to partner with executives, product leaders, and sales teams. - Strong analytical and project management skills. - High emotional intelligence and executive presence. - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field. Base Salary – $125,000 – $155,000 The base salary range reflects the full range for this position at Wasabi Technologies. At Wasabi, we believe in paying fairly and competitively, and individual compensation is determined based on factors such as job-related experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Base pay is just one part of our total rewards approach.
