Role Description The Program Manager is the operational and delivery “conductor” across Skaled engagements, responsible for turning defined client workstreams into realistic, actionable, profitable, and timely execution plans that can be delivered at scale across multiple clients. This role supports delivery across Skaled's core service lines, including: - Revenue Strategy engagements - AI engagements Work may span areas such as: - Sales leadership - Sales enablement - Revenue and marketing operations - CRM and sales technology ecosystems - Process design - AI strategy - AI implementation - Workflow automation - Enablement - Adoption The Program Manager owns the delivery system for the practice, including templates, governance, reporting rhythms, and execution standards. They ensure every engagement has strong planning discipline, clean execution mechanics, and clear portfolio visibility. This person brings strong business and operational fluency rather than deep technical specialization. They are not expected to configure tools, build automations, or architect systems themselves, but they should understand how modern go-to-market teams operate and how AI initiatives are implemented within business environments. They can pressure-test feasibility, identify delivery risks early, and ensure work is sequenced correctly across strategy, design, implementation, enablement, and adoption. Qualifications - 5–10+ years of experience in consulting, advisory, agency, or other fast-paced client service environments - Proven experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements at once - Strong experience owning project or program management systems such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar tools - Strong working knowledge of modern go-to-market functions, such as sales, enablement, revenue operations, CRM ecosystems, analytics, automation, and adoption - Experience managing a portfolio or book of work, not just a single project - Strong internal executive presence Requirements - Ability to shift across industries, business models, and client maturity levels - Experience building or improving templates, governance models, reporting cadences, and delivery processes - Experience running internal production meetings and maintaining milestone discipline - Ability to turn high-level goals into clear plans with owners, sequencing, timelines, and dependencies - Comfort supporting AI-related engagements, including AI strategy, workflow automation, implementation planning, rollout, enablement, and adoption - Strong judgment on when to escalate, when to resolve directly, and how to keep teams moving Benefits - Client engagements are set up cleanly and consistently from the start. - Roadmaps are realistic, detailed, and easy for teams to execute against. - Teams have clear weekly direction, owners, and next steps. - Risks, blockers, and scope creep are identified early rather than late. - Engagements maintain strong pacing and healthy economics. - Leadership has clear visibility into project health, priorities, and portfolio-level risks. - Delivery across both Revenue Strategy and AI engagements becomes more scalable, predictable, and operationally disciplined.

Job Requirements
