Role Description The Help Desk Agent is responsible for providing first-line technical support and customer service to internal and external users, ensuring prompt resolution of IT-related issues and requests. Job Description Summary As a member of the Steam Power Fossil West ITR team, you will be an active contributor to the Fossil market strategy working with your peers (Commercial Operation, repairs and parts).
