Responsibilities - Define product vision & strategy: Understand customer needs, market trends, and business goals to set clear product direction. - Identify and own big pricing & revenue bets: Lead org-wide initiatives that reshape how we monetize the platform. - Own the pricing, promotion and revenue product roadmap: Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical improvements based on impact, effort, and alignment with company strategy. - Develop and implement pricing strategies that enhance profitability. - Lead cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and data teams to deliver high-quality products on time. - Drive execution: Translate product ideas into clear requirements and user stories, and manage delivery through agile development cycles. - Assist in creating promotional campaigns, and conducting pricing optimization and cost-benefit analysis. - Measure success: Define KPIs, track performance, and iterate on the product based on quantitative data and qualitative feedback. - Customer obsession: Advocate for users by conducting user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to ensure the best customer experience. - Stakeholder management: Communicate product plans, progress, and performance to leadership and key stakeholders. - Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance teams on pricing decisions. - Champion experimentation and A/B testing as a driver of growth and decision-making. Role Description The role will support our programmes in Kent & Devon, and occasional travel will be required to Kent, Devon and our Head Office in Middlewich. As a Failsafe Manager, you will manage the Failsafe Team and ensure all Failsafe functions across the Diabetic Eye Screening Programme (DESP) are delivered safely, accurately and in line with national standards. Working closely with GP practices, Acute Trusts and internal DESP teams, you will ensure all eligible patients are correctly registered, placed on the right pathway, offered timely appointments, and have their results and referrals managed without delay.
