Als (Senior) Finance Manager (m/w/d) bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen dem operativen Geschäft, unserem Steuerbüro und der Geschäftsleitung. Du sorgst dafür, dass wir finanziell immer einen Schritt voraus sind. In dieser Rolle bist du das finanzielle Rückgrat unseres Unternehmens. Du verbindest die Präzision der Buchhaltung mit der strategischen Weitsicht des Controllings. Da du direkt an unseren COO/CFO berichtest, haben deine Analysen unmittelbaren Einfluss auf unsere strategischen Entscheidungen. Du bist ein Allrounder, der keine Angst vor operativen Prozessen hat, aber gleichzeitig das "Big Picture" im Blick behält. Deine Aufgaben bei uns - Accounts Payable & Receivable: Du verantwortest den gesamten Eingangsrechnungsprozess (Prüfung, Freigabe, Zahlung) und stellst sicher, dass unsere Forderungen pünktlich realisiert werden. Du pflegst unsere Lieferantendaten und optimierst die Zahlungsabläufe. - Projektcontrolling: Du begleitest unsere Fachabteilungen kommerziell. Du überwachst Projektfortschritte, Budgets und die korrekte Abrechnung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den ProjektleiterInnen. - Reporting & Analytics: Du konsolidierst KPIs aus den Fachabteilungen und erstellst aussagekräftige Berichte für das Top-Management und unsere Gesellschafter. - (Vorbereitende) Buchhaltung: Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für unser externes Steuerbüro und stellst die Qualität der monatlichen Buchhaltung sicher. - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsleitung erstellst du Budgetplanungen, Forecasts und Ad-hoc-Analysen, um unser Wachstum steuerbar zu machen. - Fördermittelmanagement: Du managst unsere laufenden Förderprojekte und identifizierst proaktiv neue Möglichkeiten zur Finanzierung unserer Innovationen. Job Requirements
