Role Description This is the SDR role that will absolutely change your life. You are joining one of the sharpest boutique growth agencies in fashion and luxury. They’ve helped 50+ brands and driven $300M+ in new revenue. - Publicly claim an average 330% revenue growth in 6 months. - 75% of clients scaled while staying profitable. - Live at the intersection of performance creative and paid media: Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest. - Incredible case studies with brands like The Line by K showing 8X+ ROAS and 304% MoM revenue growth. This role exists to build a consistent pipeline with an enterprise approach. - Build consistent pipeline. Enterprise style targeting. No spray and pray. - Prospect into the right brands: fashion, luxury, accessories, lifestyle e-commerce. - Outbound across LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and email. - Personalization at scale. Not copy paste spam. - Book discovery calls. Everything up until the discovery call is yours. - Work inside a CRM and keep the pipeline clean. Transitioning from GoHighLevel and considering HubSpot. - Hit target goals every month - that looks like discovery meetings booked. Qualifications - You are a senior SDR. Not junior and not your first sales job. - You can prospect like a sniper: lists, angles, positioning, follow up. - You have impeccable spoken and written English communication. - Agency experience is a big plus. - You understand performance marketing language (paid media and performance creative is the core offer). - Bonus points if you can speak SEO and AI photoshoot services without sounding lost. - You are hungry. You take ownership. You move fast.
