You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to design clear, effective, and engaging content that improves usability and enhances the overall customer journey. What You’ll Do - Collaborate cross-functionally: - Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, analysts, researchers, and fellow content designers to deliver cohesive, user-centered solutions. - Work closely with insurance product subject matter experts to understand business requirements and translate them into effective content strategies. - Identify and drive content opportunities: - Apply content design methodologies to uncover opportunities that improve user experience, including information architecture, content hierarchy, and microcopy. - Craft clear, concise content: - Write and refine content that aligns with Liberty Mutual’s tone and voice guidelines, adheres to established standards, and reflects best practices for each digital channel. - Leverage user insights: - Continuously evaluate content effectiveness through user feedback, research, and data. - Use insights to iterate and optimize experiences for clarity, usability, and impact.
