Role Description We are seeking a data-driven Ecommerce Manager to own conversion rate optimization (CRO) and ecommerce execution across multiple Shopify brands. This is a dual-role position combining: - CRO strategy and experimentation ownership - Ecommerce task and project management This role reports directly to the Director of Ecommerce and works closely with internal developers, designers, and brand stakeholders to drive measurable revenue growth. You will define, prioritize, manage, and measure experimentation. Developers will execute technical implementation. Qualifications - 2–5 years of ecommerce experience, ideally Shopify - Strong understanding of conversion math: CVR × AOV × traffic - Experience running and managing A/B tests - Minimum 1 year of experience using Asana or Jira for task management - Ability to write clear, structured briefs for dev teams - Strong project management and follow-up discipline - Comfortable analyzing GA4, Shopify analytics, and funnel metrics Requirements - Build and maintain a structured experimentation roadmap - Identify high-impact opportunities across PDP, collection, cart, and checkout - Write detailed test briefs for developers and designers - Define hypotheses and projected revenue impact - QA implementations before launch - Analyze test results and calculate incremental revenue - Present performance insights and recommendations - Translate strategy into structured Asana or Jira tickets - Manage timelines across multiple brands - Coordinate dev, design, paid, and brand stakeholders - Prevent bottlenecks and missed deadlines - Maintain documentation and SOPs - Ensure experiments and site updates ship cleanly and on time Company Description
