• Deep knowledge of warehouse management and fulfillment systems. • Knowledge of Inventory Management Systems, including parts management, work orders, cost tracking, and supplier interfaces. • Ability to analyze upstream/downstream impacts across ~30 integrated USPS applications and external systems (AssetWorks SAAS). • Strong SQL skills for validating data, building test scenarios, and supporting defect analysis. • Familiarity with Apache Kafka—understanding of message flows, schemas, and how data moves between systems. • Experience validating API behavior, request/response structures, and integration rules. • Ability to decompose complex processes into clear business logic, workflows, and testable requirements. • Working knowledge of Oracle Forms. • Working knowledge of Oracle databases, including how to trace data transformations and troubleshoot issues with developers. • Ability to interpret logs, understand data mappings, and work with developers/architects to shape technical solutions. • Strong background in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog refinement, writing stories, creating test cases, and participating in sprint ceremonies. • Hands-on experience with project/work management tools, preferably VersionOne. • Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM)—incident, problem, change management (ServiceNow preferred). • Ability to manage UAT and CAT testing sessions, including scenario development, user coordination, and tracking defects. • Experience creating process documentation, user guides, SOPs, and support workflows. • Strong facilitation skills to lead discussions across multiple groups—business, developers, QA, vendors, and architects. • Ability to serve as the liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity of requirements and consistent communication. • Skilled in running working sessions, gathering requirements, conducting impact assessments, and helping teams reach alignment. • Comfortable escalating blockers and driving issues to closure across vendors and internal USPS teams. • Clear and concise communication, including the ability to break down complex topics for non-technical audiences. • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and timelines. • Detail-oriented, especially in documenting requirements, analyzing defects, and validating system behavior. • Proactive problem-solver, able to trace issues across interacting systems and propose logical paths to resolution. • Collaborative and team-oriented, comfortable working with large enterprise teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

• DevSecOps Engineer to strengthen our software development lifecycle by embedding security practices into every stage of delivery • Work across development, operations, and security teams to ensure applications and infrastructure are secure, compliant, and resilient, while maintaining speed and efficiency in deployment • Responsible for streamlining our development and operational processes, ensuring efficient deployment and management of applications in cloud environments • Implement CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud resources, and enhance system performance

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java programming • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs and third-party services • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to project planning • Troubleshoot and optimize backend performance and reliability

• Establish engagement plan, governance cadence, interview schedule, and workstream structure • Confirm in-scope verticals, stakeholder groups, and required artefacts • Conduct stakeholder interviews and working sessions across pillars and functions • Document current-state operating model, processes, decision points, and friction points • Identify AI-enabled use cases across processes, workflows, and engineering delivery for each in-scope pillar • Define opportunities for pillar-specific agents and a cross-pillar orchestration agent • Populate and maintain the AI Initiatives Tracker (Innovation Backlog, AI Initiatives Register, Risk & Controls, Benefits Tracking) • Map current or recommended AI tooling (e.g., M365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT) to each use case • Assess technical feasibility, control requirements, and data-handling implications for prioritized use cases • Define target-state operating model, human-in-the-loop points, and governance forums • Prioritize opportunities and build a phased implementation roadmap (near/medium/long-term) • Prepare executive-ready findings report and leadership presentation • Lead validation workshops and readout/knowledge-transfer sessions with client stakeholders

• Design and implement Generative AI models customized to meet project-specific requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI solutions using Python .NET and API integration methodologies. • Develop and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions, leveraging expertise in Generative AI, modern application development, and cloud-native engineering practices. • Deploy and manage scalable AI solutions on Azure platforms to ensure performance and reliability. • Integrate OpenAI technologies and RAG methodologies into existing software systems for enhanced functionality. • Contribute actively to Agile workflows, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Maintain code quality and manage version control effectively using Git. • Communicate technical progress, challenges, and goals effectively with team members and stakeholders.
