Role Description We are looking for a Technical Inside Sales Engineer to join our Discovery and Medical Team! In this position, you will report to the Medical Technical Inside Sales Leader for EMEA, providing technical and commercial support to customers, Distributors, and our field-based Sales Team, within the Medical markets. - Support field sales efforts in achieving their territory and market business plans by handling customer inquiries and providing product and technical support. - Manage pre-agreed category C & D customers. - Provide prompt response including quotes, technical advice, and guidance in a timely manner. - Populate and maintain the highest standards of data integrity in CRM. - Engage clients and prospects via phone and emails to identify sales opportunities for immediate closure, funnel placement, or assignment for the development and growth business. - Contribute to creative promotional programs. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or master’s degrees (would normally include STEM Qualifications such as Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Biosciences degree) or experience in sales, marketing, project management, or technical inside sales (TIS) with a scientific background. - Good spoken & written English. - Facile with computer and digital skills (able to conduct data entry to capture prospect/lead/customer contact information). - Comprehensive product knowledge, particularly for Medical marketplaces. - Important that the Engineer can converse technically with customers and colleagues about the divisional activity, i.e., requirements of the industry, use of filters within the Industry, Technical and Commercial issues regarding filtration. Job Requirements
