Role Description Redwood is a retention marketing agency specializing in email and SMS for DTC brands. We are hiring a Klaviyo Implementation Specialist to own all technical execution across client accounts. Responsibilities - Build and manage flows, campaigns, templates, and segments across multiple Klaviyo accounts - Translate Figma designs into production-ready Klaviyo templates with accurate cross-client rendering - Configure advanced flow logic including filtering, suppression rules, conditional branching, flow splits, and A/B tests - Manage Recharge subscription flows and templates (active subscription, cancel save, skip/pause logic) - Maintain Shopify integration: catalog sync, order data, custom properties, and event triggers - Troubleshoot broken dynamic content, Liquid logic errors, rendering issues, and deliverability problems - Support Customer.io implementation where applicable - QA all builds before launch Qualifications - 5-10 years of relevant ESP experience - 3+ years of Klaviyo-specific experience, agency-side preferred - Ability to own account architecture decisions: flow structure, segmentation logic, data properties, and integration setup - Expert-level knowledge of Klaviyo flows, segmentation, and event-based logic - Strong command of Liquid templating: dynamic blocks, conditional content, loops, and fallbacks - Experience building templates directly from Figma or design files - Solid understanding of email deliverability and list hygiene - Shopify and Recharge integration experience Requirements - Customer.io (flows, in-app, transactional, API-triggered) - Attentive or Postscript for SMS - HTML/CSS for email
