CTG is seeking an Application Consolidation Technical Project Manager. This position will lead 3rd party application projects, managing end-to-end project activities lifecycle from intake to execution. Projects will be outputs from the application rationalization effort focusing on consolidating, retiring, and extending applications from the organized IT application portfolio. The Application Consolidation Technical Project Manger will report to the Application Rationalization Projects Lead. Key responsibilities - Manage end-to-end consolidation projects: discovery/inventory, target-state planning, sequencing, migration/cutover, and decommissioning. - Partner with clinical and business stakeholders to align workflow changes, minimize disruption, and ensure adoption. - Coordinate data migration, interface integration (e.g., HL7/FHIR), testing, training, and go-live readiness. - Manage risks related to patient safety, downtime, cybersecurity, privacy (HIPAA), and regulatory requirements. - Track timelines, dependencies, budgets, and vendor deliverables; provide clear status reporting and escalation. - Drive change management, communications, and stakeholder alignment across multiple departments and sites. - Establish governance and metrics (application count reduction, cost savings, performance, support burden, and user satisfaction).
