Location: RemoteDuration: 3 months, contract to hire Duties: - Lead technical architecture and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across Finance, Procurement, and FAH. - Oversee RICEW development: integrations, reports, extensions, conversions, and workflows. - Architect integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and file-based flows. - Manage data pipelines with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), ODI, and ADW. - Review technical designs, FBDI/ADFDI processes, BI reports, and custom extensions. - Mentor technical teams, enforce standards, and ensure delivery quality. - Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, data migration, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare. Skills & Experience: - 15+ years Oracle ERP experience; 7–10+ years Fusion Cloud technical leadership. - Strong OIC, FDI/ODI/ADW, SQL/PLSQL, JSON, XML, and XSLT expertise. - Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI/ADFDI, and Fusion data models across GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO, SSP, PPM, FAH. - Proven leadership in technical teams, code review, and large-scale ERP program delivery. - Preferred certifications: Oracle Integration Cloud, FDI/ADW, Technical/BI Cloud certifications. • delivers the Company Gridstream Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) solution to the Company’s customers using a structured deployment project lifecycle to ensure quality in our delivery • Works with customer requirements to propose technical solutions • Acts as primary technical resource that collaborates with the client throughout a deployment project and partners with a customer to develop requirements and propose technical solutions • Performs customer system integration planning and implementation • Ensures network equipment meets customer technical specifications • Ensures network and software configurations meet customer technical requirements • Troubleshoots network and software performance problems and proposes remedy options • Provides functional and operational enhancement recommendations into the New Product Introduction (NPI) process based on client feedback • Directs & executes network rebalancing/optimization plans • Directs & implements new firmware, Device Control Word (DCW), and software releases with customer programs • Establishes and monitors system performance reporting, recognizing adverse trends and taking necessary preventative and corrective actions • Works closely with the Field Engineers to resolve complex issues relation to wireless communications and integrated software applications • Investigates system failures, registration failures, and interactive read failures in system deployments • Acts as liaison between Customer Operations Center, corporate development resources, and local project team to resolve technical issues • Supports creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for technical elements of the system that are effective and repeatable Directs and executes system upgrades including the network with new software releases

Role Description As a Cloud Project Manager II, you will coordinate planning, organization, control, integration and completion of cloud projects. Your responsibilities include: - Identifying, creating, developing and integrating innovative solutions and programs that reduce defects in the cloud. - Exercising strong judgment in the identification and execution of strategic improvement plans. - Anticipating bottlenecks, assessing risks, mitigating issues, providing escalation management, and making tradeoffs. - Influencing, motivating and leading others to meet the challenges of the cloud operational environment. - Validating customer requirements and coordinating cloud resources to onboard new tenants. - Generating and submitting monthly SLA reports to customers and PM. - Supporting the generation of monthly SLA and other reports. Qualifications - Active Secret Clearance - Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or an associate’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience; or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience. - Experienced with frequent use and application of Agile and Scrum principles, methodologies, and best practices. - Ability to work under general supervision while providing solutions to technical challenges of moderate scope and complexity. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration. - Proficiency in managing product backlogs, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies. - Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams. - DoD 8570 / 8140 IAT Level II certification. - At least one cloud certification. Requirements - Lead the development effort by conveying the vision to an Agile or Scrum delivery team, outlining and prioritizing work based on business value. - Liaise with stakeholders to ensure their interests are represented while coordinating with the team to meet deadlines and budget constraints. - Manage the business aspects of the project, ensuring the right product is built, in the right order, within budget, and by the deadline. - Serve as the primary contact for the Agile or Scrum delivery team, providing information, work prioritization, and decision-making support. - Coordinate and monitor the Scrum process from initiation through delivery. - Act as a liaison between the product owner, development team, and management to ensure all targets and requirements are met. - Ensure that team members understand project objectives and remain aligned with Agile principles. - Maintain the product backlog and release plan, facilitating productivity by setting up meetings and resolving impediments that obstruct sprint goals. - Preserve flexibility and rapidly respond to changes in project scope, priorities, or requirements. - Provide technical support to operational strategies that optimize processes, enhance productivity, and ensure quality across program functions. - Ensure 100% of planned hours are worked and recorded. - Identify and escalate opportunities for growth within the work area to leadership. - Participate in growth initiatives as requested. - Ensure all contractual deliverables are met or exceeded to customer satisfaction. - Complete personal PDP and attend Staff Meeting and Storytime (with camera on). - Build productive and positive professional relationships with clients within the program. - Execute all contract requirements in accordance with contract-specific LCAT and requirements. - Perform other related duties as assigned.
