• Own the full sales cycle for multi-million-dollar Microsoft transformation programs; • Engage C-level and senior decision makers (CEO, CFO, CIO, COO) to shape strategic roadmaps. • Diagnose client challenges and align service solutions across ERP, CRM, Cloud, AI, Analytics, and Modern Workplace; • Lead consultative workshops, value assessments, and ROI modeling. • Co-sell with Microsoft and ecosystem partners, and leverage joint programs and incentives; • Develop industry-specific strategies (Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, etc.). • Drive new business through executive networking, thought leadership content, and event participation; • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM tools.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years in consultative midmarket and enterprise sales, with experience closing complex deals ($1M and above);
- Proven success selling Microsoft suite of services solutions (AI/Copilot + Dynamic D365 ERP, Azure, Power Platform) or Tier 1 ERP/Cloud platforms;
- Expertise in building trusted advisor relationships and influencing senior leadership;
- Strong understanding of business drivers, industry trends, and digital transformation challenges.
- Extra edge: Familiarity with Microsoft co-sell programs and partner ecosystem.
- Language skills: English: Proficient

This is a high-impact role responsible for developing pipeline, managing complex sales cycles, and closing strategic deals with security service providers and integrators. Key Responsibilities Direct Sales and Revenue Generation - Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close within MSSP, MDR, MSP, and System Integrator organizations. - Drive new revenue through strategic engagement with service provider executives, security leaders, and SOC operations teams. - Develop relationships with CISOs, heads of security operations, SOC directors, managed service leadership, and security practice leaders within system integrators. - Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Pipeline Development - Build and maintain a strong pipeline within the service provider and integrator market through outbound prospecting, industry relationships, and targeted account development. - Identify opportunities where 7AI can enhance or transform managed detection and response services and security operations offerings. - Manage complex sales cycles that involve technical, operational, and executive stakeholders. Solution Selling - Clearly communicate how agentic AI transforms security operations through autonomous investigation, response, and workflow automation. - Position 7AI as a platform that enables service providers and integrators to deliver more scalable and efficient security services. - Work with technical teams to demonstrate how 7AI integrates into existing security stacks such as SIEM, XDR, EDR, and security automation platforms. Market Engagement - Maintain strong awareness of trends in SOC operations, security automation, and managed security services. - Represent 7AI within the service provider and system integrator ecosystem through industry engagement and customer relationships. - Provide feedback from the field to product and marketing teams to help refine product positioning and sales strategy.
