What You'll Be Doing: - Develop Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan for the IBDSS Program. - Ensure all contractual deliverables are correct, accurate and consistent across the program. - Develop “best practices” for Quality Assurance Program; train Project Managers and operational staff on these “best practices”; and ruthlessly enforces these “best practices.” - Monitor and report to management on the progress of all project activity within the program. - Quality Assurance representative from IBDSS to the client; with selected subcontractors; and Corporate Quality Assurance teams during the program execution. - Establish weekly meetings to review project status and formulate action items. - Oversees establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required. - Responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project. - Fill in and Perform Project Manager duties as needed.
