• Design and deliver resilient backend systems and cloud infrastructure • Develop robust APIs and automate infrastructure • Orchestrate containerized workloads • Implement reliable real-time and batch data pipelines • Contribute to backend services developed with Python and FastAPI • Support infrastructure automation using Terraform and Kubernetes (AKS)

• Own architecture decisions and drive technical alignment across teams • Participate in cross-team design discussions • Set the technical direction that keeps the platform coherent as it grows • Collaborate closely with distributed teams across Europe

• Design and implement data-driven initiatives that improve conversion, targeting, and sales performance across multiple channels • Translate insights into actionable segments, prioritization logic, and activation workflows • Create and manage analysis-ready datasets and queries in BigQuery to support analysis, experimentation, and activation • Leverage AI-driven outputs (predictions, scores, segments) to enhance targeting and sales performance • Define test frameworks, control groups, and measurement approaches for A/B testing • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to embed data-driven logic into live customer journeys

• Join a world-class technology consultancy building high-performance software products in close collaboration with clients • Focus on engineering excellence, autonomy, and continuous improvement • Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for mobile applications on a large-scale e-commerce platform • Build and execute automated functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests using Jetpack Compose UI Testing, XCUITest, and Espresso • Use WireMock to simulate services for reliable integration testing and implement Snapshot Testing strategies for UI regression validation • Contribute to quality engineering practices across the SDLC • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support release quality gates • Collaborate with developers, product teams, and engineering teams to ensure quality is built into products from the start • Leverage Copilot and CI tools to improve productivity, automation, and engineering workflows

• Own and maintain the organization's data classification schema • Define enforceable rules for AI tools across all risk tiers • Support AI tool request triage • Maintain the AI registry • Coordinate vendor data handling assessments • Ensure robust PII and sensitive data guardrails are documented before go-live • Monitor active tools for data boundary drift • Detect shadow AI and flag anomalies in access patterns to Security and Data Governance teams • Partner closely with Data Engineering to ensure governed data pipelines and access controls • Coordinate with Legal on regulatory changes • Collaborate with HR to build data literacy within AI training programs • Prepare Governance Board materials • Maintain internal policies and process guides • Track regulatory developments including GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO 42001

• Own end-to-end tech recruitment processes • Use AI-powered tools to match candidates and manage insights • Collaborate with Business Managers to align on client needs • Actively source talent and prepare strong candidate presentations • Manage multiple recruitment processes across tech stacks
