The Role As a Telehealth Psychologist Assistant, you will be the backbone of our clinical operations. You will act as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming virtual experience, while providing vital administrative and clinical support to our psychologists. If you are passionate about mental health and want to gain hands-on experience in the telehealth industry, this is the perfect role for you. Key Responsibilities - Patient Onboarding: Guide new clients through the intake process, ensuring all preliminary paperwork, consent forms, and assessments are completed prior to their first session. - Schedule Management: Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and manage cancellations or rescheduling for multiple psychologists. - Virtual Room Support: Act as the technical liaison for clients, helping them troubleshoot any video, audio, or platform connectivity issues before or during their sessions. - Clinical Administration: Assist psychologists with preparing session materials, organizing electronic health records (EHR), and proofreading non-clinical documentation. - Patient Communication: Respond to patient inquiries via email and secure messaging with warmth, professionalism, and promptness. - Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with HIPAA and other patient privacy regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a psychology assistant, psychiatric technician, medical assistant in mental health, or a similar clinical support role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in telehealth software, electronic health records (EHR), and secure communication platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and the ability to maintain a calm, supportive demeanor with individuals experiencing distress.
  • Compliance: Deep understanding of HIPAA guidelines and best practices for patient data security.

Description TOXICOLOGIST To support ICF’s dynamic growth and expanding client base, we are seeking a Toxicologist to work in our Health Science Portfolio. This group of 100+ science professionals provide toxicology, hazard assessment, epidemiology, risk assessment, exposure assessment, environmental modeling, and related support that addresses the full spectrum of potentially hazardous agents, including chemicals and microbes. We specialize in identifying and quantifying the effects of environmental pollutants, such as metals, pesticides, and volatile organic compounds, on human health and the environment. The Toxicologist’s project work would support federal agencies (such as U.S. EPA and NIEHS) in conducting and reporting the results of hazard studies and supporting risk assessments of environmental pollutants and microbes. The position can be located remotely, although preference is for a candidate to be located in Durham, NC. Pay Range $38.20 - $57.30 MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES - Accurately and effectively processes image data sets, including but not limited to: MRI/CT brain perfusion studies, MSK 2D/3D processing and analysis, CT calcium scoring, MR/CT cardiac studies, and PET/CT fusion. - Prioritizes workload appropriately and organizes efficient workflow so that advanced visualization studies are processed within approved time frames. - Monitors Imaging tracking system (PACS Tracker), PACS, and RIS scanning schedules in order to ensure that all studies requiring advanced post processing by the 3D lab are identified and processed. - Works closely with Imaging physicians and technologists in order to determine the appropriate image processing to be performed when collaboration is indicated on any specific patient study. - Discerns the difference between normal and abnormal anatomy. - Effectively troubleshoots hardware and software issues encountered in the 3D lab, and appropriately escalates issues to supervisors, IT, and vendors when necessary. - Develops and evaluates new or revised procedures and protocols associated with advanced visualization. - Assists with training of departmental staff on newly implemented procedures, protocols and techniques associated with advanced visualization. - Maintains and updates written procedures manual for Imaging 3D lab. - Works with PACS/RIS team and vendors to support integration of advanced post processing with PACS, including software/hardware upgrades and integration. - Works with PACS/RIS team in the support of daily PACS/RIS operations including image reconciliation and other related duties. - Performs other related duties as assigned or required.
