Program Manager – Time Migration

Intapp

• Manage and drive a program plan, including interdependencies across projects. • Prepare, plan, and lead program updates to internal stakeholders. • Become a trusted advisor of the client Intapp sponsor and senior/executive client stakeholders. • Assist project managers during critical project phases. • Provide management in a matrixed capacity to project managers and Intapp services professionals. • Manage escalations swiftly with senior client leaders. • Identify and match the skills of the project team members with projects.

Job Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of program direction/management experience in a geo-dispersed, matrixed organization.
  • Proven track record of delivering a diverse portfolio of software products and solutions for multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience working in a technology-oriented company or functional role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, must be detail-oriented.
  • Results oriented, resourceful, comfortable working under tight deadlines.
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-task.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Bonus if you have: Legal sector experience, Strategic Consulting or Big 4 consulting experience, Prince2/PMP certifications, Excellent hands-on skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio, Advanced or Master’s Degree.
