E-commerce Operations & Creative Assistant

Role Description This candidate will be supporting e-commerce operations and creative production in a fast-paced environment. The position requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently while ensuring tasks are tracked and completed on time. Key Responsibilities - Process and monitor daily orders, returns, and exchanges. - Coordinate and track inventory and stock transfers with warehouses and partners. - Provide timely customer service and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders. - Update website imagery and assist with product page updates. - Support retailer onboarding with catalogs and sales materials. - Create and adapt creative assets using Canva, Photoshop, and AI tools. - Develop basic marketing materials such as postcards, price lists, and one-sheets. - Provide administrative support to the CEO and operations team as needed. Qualifications - English (C1/C2) and Spanish. - 2+ years of experience with E-commerce platforms. - Experience with tools like Asana, Canva, Photoshop (or equivalent), AI tools, Google Sheets / Google Docs (or equivalent). - Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection. - Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred. Benefits - Hourly rate starting at USD 1288$/month (final rate will be experience-based). - Annual pay increments. - Discretionary client bonuses (80 % of clients award year-end bonuses). - 7 U.S. federal holidays + 4 paid PTO days. - Monthly medical insurance stipend (after meeting eligibility criteria). - Birthday / Anniversary bonuses + Gym / Wellness allowance. - Unlimited online fitness classes + company events & Christmas celebrations.
