• Own North America paid media performance against agreed targets including new customers, CAC, revenue and ROAS. • Lead the relationship, governance and performance standards of our media agency partner across Meta, Google, TikTok and YouTube. • Set clear weekly, monthly and quarterly priorities for agency partners and ensure delivery against plan. • Review performance regularly, challenge recommendations, and hold partners accountable for optimisation quality and pace. • Reallocate budgets across channels based on results, seasonality and growth opportunity. • Ensure strong operational standards across tracking, UTMs, feeds, naming conventions, pixels and reporting accuracy. • Own the North America testing roadmap across creative, audiences, bidding models, campaign structures and landing pages. • Coordinate activity across paid social, search, affiliate, creator and upper-funnel media so channels work as one system. • Deliver clear weekly, monthly and quarterly performance updates with actions, risks, opportunities and recommendations.
• Own and manage the display process, from carefully scoping projects to completion • Validate feasibility using milestone calculators, inventory readiness, and timeline constraints • Build and maintain accurate timelines and project management tracking with clear dependencies • Serve as the central point of coordination across internal teams and external vendors • Lead regular display project review meetings to ensure transparency for all stakeholders • Escalate and push back on infeasible timelines or incomplete inputs

• Own and drive the full certification roadmap - from the initial gap analysis and process design to successful external audit and certification. • Design, implement, and continuously improve a high-performance QMS aligned with ISO 9001:2026 requirements. • Act as the primary interface to certification bodies, auditors, and external stakeholders. • Support the company’s Quality Policy and actively contribute to achieving Quality Objectives. • Prepare and present Management Reviews for executive leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making. • Standardize, harmonize, and optimize quality-related processes across all departments. • Establish a culture of continuous improvement (e.g., CAPA, root cause analysis, lessons learned). • Define, track, and report on quality KPIs to ensure transparency and performance. • Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and product quality. • Define and enforce standards for technical documentation and document control. • Ensure full product traceability and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. • Plan and conduct internal audits to ensure ongoing compliance and audit readiness. • Identify risks within processes and systems and implement effective mitigation strategies. • Support external audits and ensure timely resolution of findings.

• Lead and manage international logistics operations, including ocean and air freight, to ensure timely, cost-effective, and reliable movement of goods • Oversee domestic transportation activities, including inbound and outbound shipments, carrier performance, and service levels • Develop, implement, and continuously improve logistics strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures • Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers • Monitor freight spend, negotiate contracts and rates, and identify opportunities for cost optimization • Proactively resolve transportation issues, delays, and service disruptions • Ensure full compliance with all U.S. customs and trade regulations, including import/export requirements, tariff classification, valuation, and country-of-origin determinations • Oversee the preparation, accuracy, and retention of all required customs documentation and records • Manage customs broker activities to ensure accurate and timely filings with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) • Stay current on regulatory changes and assess potential impact to company operations • Lead internal compliance reviews and support external audits or regulatory inquiries as required • Partner with internal stakeholders across procurement, finance, operations, and legal to ensure aligned and compliant supply chain practices • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure logistics performance, compliance, and cost efficiency • Prepare reports and analyses for leadership related to transportation performance, compliance risks, and improvement initiatives. • Support the implementation and optimization of transportation management, ERP, and trade compliance systems
• Own and manage Amazon Ads strategy and execution across Amazon US and Amazon Canada • Build, launch, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and emerging Amazon ad formats • Develop campaign structures based on customer intent, audience segments, and acquisition goals • Lead structured testing across keywords, audiences, creative formats, and campaign structures • Partner closely with Creative and Marketing teams to develop and test Amazon-specific creative • Own Amazon advertising strategy and execution for Prime Day, Prime Big Deal Days, and Q4 • Conduct post-event performance analysis and apply learnings to improve future Amazon advertising strategies • Guide daily, weekly, and monthly budget allocation across campaigns and tactics
• Conduct in-depth analysis of website traffic and user behavior using tools such as A/B testing platforms, Google Analytics, and heatmaps. • Identify areas for improvement in the conversion funnel and user journey, and develop strategies to optimize these areas. • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to develop and execute conversion optimization campaigns, including landing page optimization, content optimization, and user experience improvements. • Conduct thorough research on customer behavior and preferences to inform conversion optimization strategies with both User Testing and on-site testing. • Perform A/B and multivariate testing to assess the impact of different optimizations on conversion rates and user experience. • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization efforts. • Monitor website performance metrics, such as bounce rate, time on page, and conversion rates, and identify trends or issues that may impact conversion optimization efforts. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in conversion rate optimization and user experience design. • Collaborate with the web development team to implement technical changes and improvements to the website that will enhance conversion rates. • Provide regular reports and updates on conversion optimization efforts and results to stakeholders.
