• Research, target, detect, and prospect new clients/opportunities within large enterprise organizations in a cross-selling environment. • Develop and deploy ongoing prospecting and lead generation methodologies. • Expected to manage different campaign automation tools related to sales such as Outreach, but not limited to. • To be proactive in the self-generation of new leads to maximise new business revenue through regular maintenance of named existing client’s portfolio. • Qualify, nurture and manage the complete sales cycle of leads and opportunities. • Work with TrainAI Solutions team to prepare estimates and proposals for prospective opportunities. • Manage and maintain pipeline and sales cycles, as well as record activities in our CRM (Salesforce). • Effectively manages multiple, “high-touch” prospects over a global territory. • Although location is US based, expected to manage communication with Europe during overlapping working hours. • Develops and effectively applies a thorough understanding of RWS goals, services, clients, and processes in the identification and solicitation of prospective clients. • Prepares and presents services and solutions to prospective clients within the scope of growth strategies by collaborating with TrainAI Solutions, Marketing, Production and existing account Sales managers and directors. • Work with Manager to develop a strategy plan for the named existing client’s portfolio which includes an analysis of revenues/solutions, strategy for growth, objectives and implementation schedule. • To liaise effectively with internal departments to maximise sales opportunities, including Product Development, and to keep up to date with existing and new services and marketing/sales campaigns. • Ensure you have a strong understanding of competitor products and services and how we can successfully position ourselves against them. • To take responsibility for identifying training and developmental needs for yourself on an on-going basis.
Job Requirements
- 4-year degree in, plus 5 years of sales experience required
- B2B sales experience working in technology, technology services, or a technical industry preferred
- Knowledge and experience with AI and data training
- Demonstrable experience in prospecting, outbound lead generation activities
- Experience cross-selling with internal account managers
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Ability to work independently and to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent command of the English language with strong writing / editing skills
- Communication skills including delivery of presentations and pitches
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, and beginner to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to effectively communicate with global stakeholders
