About the Role We are seeking a results-oriented Professional Services Manager to lead a team of consultants and oversee the seamless technical deployment of Abnormal Security products for our clients. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that our Professional Services team consistently delivers high-quality outcomes while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth. This role requires a blend of strong leadership, technical expertise, and exceptional operational oversight. You will refine processes to enhance efficiency, while guiding your team to achieve operational excellence, deliver value to clients, and uphold the organization’s core values. Role Description As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll own long-term relationships with a portfolio of SMB customers using Beyonk’s software to run mission-critical parts of their business. This is a commercial role. Role Description The Import/Export Specialist supports the Site Activation by managing import and export processes for clinical trial materials across LATAM, ensuring compliance with SOPs, maintaining accurate project documentation and systems, and providing local regulatory and logistical expertise to project teams throughout study planning and execution. - Responsible for importation and exportation activities in specific LATAM countries for our FSP model: - Brazil experience is mandatory - Expertise and knowledge in Argentina and other LATAM countries such as Chile, Colombia, and Mexico is a plus - Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), quality of designated deliverables and project timelines. - Ensure accurate completion and maintenance of internal systems, databases and tracking tools with project specific information. - Review, establish and agree on project planning and project timelines.
