• Administer MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for Salesforce-centric integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, CDC, Platform Events, and Bulk APIs • Configure Salesforce Connected Apps, OAuth settings, Named Credentials, API gateways, and mutual TLS • Manage API-led layers (System, Process, Experience APIs) optimized for Salesforce traffic • Administer Anypoint environments, CloudHub runtimes, VPCs, DLBs, and VPN connections • Manage deployment pipelines across Dev/QA/UAT/Production • Maintain secrets, certificates, access controls, and environment configurations • Provision and maintain sFTP servers/endpoints, user accounts, SSH keys, and folder-level security • Oversee file transfer automation, retention schedules, and archival processes • Monitor transfer failures and troubleshoot issues including network access, permission problems, and authentication faults • Support Mule flows and Salesforce integrations that depend on scheduled or event-driven file processing • Use Anypoint Monitoring, CloudHub logs, and Salesforce monitoring tools for operational visibility • Diagnose integration failures, API throttling, latency, and sFTP errors • Perform root‑cause analysis and implement resiliency strategies • Manage cert and key lifecycles, data encryption, and secure property management • Enforce API security standards such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, client ID enforcement, and IP allow‑lists • Ensure compliance with internal audit, legal, and governance requirements • Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, integration diagrams, and sFTP inventories • Work cross‑functionally with Salesforce admins/developers, MuleSoft engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders

• Lead discovery conversations with prospects, uncovering workflows, pain points, and opportunities for automation • Translate customer needs into clear solution narratives aligned to Notable’s existing platform capabilities • Deliver compelling, tailored demos that resonate with both technical and executive audiences • Position Notable’s strengths and differentiators, focusing on how our platform can solve real-world healthcare challenges • Partner closely with Sales to progress deals, supporting technical validation and customer confidence • Collaborate with Delivery and Product to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with how the platform is implemented • Develop deep fluency in Notable’s platform, core workflows, and reusable assets • Leverage and continuously refine demo environments, playbooks, and solution frameworks to improve consistency and scalability • Contribute to evolving how we package and present solutions, focusing on repeatability over one-off builds • Support the creation and improvement of internal and customer-facing materials that highlight platform capabilities

• Design Technical Solutions: Analyse customer inquiries and map out comprehensive solutions using Autodesk AEC Collection, Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud and AutoCAD with Industry Specialized Toolsets (IST). • Bridge & Support Partners: Act as the primary technical link between Autodesk, resellers, and AEC clients, supporting staff and partners with expert product knowledge. • Coordinate Service Activities: Direct pre-sales, post-sales, and consulting activities, including solution demonstrations, and implementation to drive product adoption. • Lead Enablement & Training: Organize and deliver workshops, webinars, and training sessions (both in-person and online) for sales partners and end-users. • Advocate & Influence: Collaborate with engineering teams to represent customer needs and participate in marketing initiatives to promote technical applications. • Industry Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing billable project support and creating technical benchmarks or articles for professional media. • Independent Account Management: Work independently on targeted accounts in the LAC region to ensure technical alignment and successful project closures.

How You’ll Contribute: The Solutions Architect (SA) is a subject matter expert (SME) and technology thought leader who contributes their deep knowledge of process and technology to the core team for each Sports Media & Entertainment (M&E) project. The SA provides direction and advice through the project life cycle from sales concept to design development, construction drawings to implementation support. As the technical thought leader on a project team, the SA is instrumental in the determination and execution of client and system requirements and will collaborate with Sports M&E SMEs and project teams as required. The SA is also responsible for mentoring other members of the design engineering staff. Reporting to the Sports Director of Engineering, the SA’s project assignments are determined by Engineering Leadership based on enterprise-wide demands. NOTE: This is a virtual role day to day, but required periodic travel to customer & project sites. up to 30% of the time, anywhere in the US.   What You’ll Do: - Contributes to complex engagements and works directly with clients and project teams to develop basis of design, budgets, timelines, and manage expectations. - Conceptualize system designs and determine system requirements. - Provide technical expertise and coordination information to support the base building tasks performed by others, and planning of audio, video, and control solutions. - Monitor development of projects the Bills of Materials (BOM) and supporting documentation. - Develop detailed design documentation strategy based on established engineering standard practices. Track engineering team tasks to completion. - Generate functional system descriptions, workflow narratives, and accompanying sketches. - Research, identify, and recommend technology options for clients and projects. - Contribute technical expertise for the creation and later reconciliation of the complete construction drawing package, support documentation for installation and coordination with architect and other trades. - Monitor project testing, commissioning, and configuration activities during project deployment. - Support projects and teams in build phase.  - Provide regular project engineering milestone status updates to Technical Operations resource planning. - Evaluate RFP documents to identify risks, scope gaps and alternative solutions. - Evaluate Vendor responses to RFP requests to determine if the quoted solution appropriately responds to the RFP requirements and also work with the vendors to develop alternative solutions and or cost saving measures. - Work with Sports Account Executives and customers to develop proposals that respond to the customers’ technical needs.  - Maintain expertise in the industry through ongoing review of trade publications, participation in industry trade shows, seminars, and educational forums. Complexity: The Solutions Architect works with the Sports Engineering Director on resource assignment. This role is primarily billable in a post-sales capacity, though there are times when the SA will work on presales estimation and design efforts.    Decision Making Authority: As the technical thought leader on a project, the SA is responsible for vetting products and making detailed equipment recommendations. The SA has the authority to recommend changes in scope as well as programming and commissioning activities to enhance project success. The SA is also responsible for reviewing drawing packages produced by project teams.    Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that may be met by an employee.  Work will normally be performed within normal office conditions and/or home office depending on location of SA. On occasions the employee may be exposed to construction site conditions. Employee will be responsible for their safety while on job sites and to comply with all safety regulations in place by the GC. Use of PPE is usually required on job sites. The employee can typically spend at least 50% of their time on their feet and be required to mobile around the construction site. The individual is regularly required to use keyboards, test equipment and controls required for SI installation projects.  Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth vision.   Travel: Occasional travel by car and occasional airplane trips are required. Employee must possess a valid driver’s license in their state of residence. Employee will be required to use their own vehicle for travel to job sites within a 2 hour driving distance each way and will be reimbursed for mileage at the current corporate rate.
