Job Description

Senior Product Manager – Disruption, Core & Commerce

Hopper

• Manage a product roadmap across several different business objectives and distribution channels, ensuring that we are executing against the highest impact items at any given time, and delivering things on time. • Figure out how to leverage AI to improve our customer experience and internal processes to execute our implementation pipeline successfully. • Work closely with external partners on new and existing implementations; earn and maintain trust by building good relationships. • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand feature gaps and solution around them; earn and maintain trust by building good relationships. • Rapidly test sound hypotheses through new merchandising experiments at different points in the customer journey to increase revenue • Use data to identify user behavior and purchase patterns, which directly lead to hypotheses around opportunities that can be measurably validated/invalidated through simple experiments • Launch new partnerships, end to end: from sales pitch to design to development to customer service to optimization. This person will launch things from the ground up and grow them into mature products. • Work with customer service to understand and identify customer problem trends • Work with back-end and front-end engineers, designers, legal, and many other stakeholders to launch innovative features quickly and bug-free • Learn and use a diverse set of analytics and AI tools

Job Requirements

  • B2B and B2C experience
  • Delivered impactful and delightful features at scale
  • Has incorporated AI into their product or processes to achieve business outcomes
  • Strong experience, knowledge of, and/or keen interest in Fintech, Insurtech, or risk-based products
  • An innovative and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Extreme attention to detail, and simultaneously the ability to think and operate strategically.
  • Exceptional ability to grasp, manage, and articulate complex systems
  • Experience connecting innovative solutions to real-world, user problems with actual business needs of a rapidly scaling organization
  • Technical depth that allows you to communicate with, understand, and earn the respect of world-class engineers and data scientists
  • A track record of being proactive and persuading colleagues by constructing a compelling narrative both in-person and in-writing
  • Past success analyzing data, drawing accurate conclusions, and adjusting strategy accordingly
  • No ego, and a strong focus on doing what is right for the customer and the company.
