• Lead the development and support of business-critical applications, focusing on scalable architecture and maintainable codebases using ReactJS for dynamic user interfaces and NodeJS for robust server-side logic. • Design, develop, and enhance complex applications based on detailed specifications, ensuring optimal performance and maintainability. • Conduct thorough code reviews for off-shore development teams to ensure adherence to internal coding standards, architectural guidelines, and security best practices. • Review and provide constructive feedback on code submitted by internal developers, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. • Approve completed development work by other team members, ensuring it meets functional requirements, performance benchmarks, and quality standards before deployment. • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; perform rigorous testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. • Participate in scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective • Operate with a bias for action and take initiative to solve problems across the stack • Expectation to provide production support during weekend and off-hours. • Willing to periodically work flexible hours to work with resources in global time zones. • Have a strong sense of ownership over application uptime, security, and customer experience

• Lead and execute complex mobile application development initiatives using the React Native framework. • Design, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance iOS and Android applications while collaborating closely with backend, API, UX, and security teams. • Define and implement mobile architecture patterns emphasizing scalability, performance, and testability. • Integrate automated unit tests, static analysis, and quality gates into CI pipelines to enforce code quality standards. • Automate iOS and Android builds, testing, and distribution using modern CI/CD tooling. • Integrate Firebase App Distribution into CI workflows to streamline tester and QA access to mobile builds. • Collaborate with backend engineering teams to design and consume secure APIs. • Ensure mobile applications meet security, compliance, and data protection requirements. • Conduct code reviews for internal and offshore developers to ensure adherence to engineering and security standards. • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with appropriate unit and integration tests. • Optimize mobile applications for performance, reliability, and user experience across devices. • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives. • Support production releases and provide off-hours support when required. • Mentor developers and contribute to mobile development standards and best practices. • Maintain ownership over application stability, uptime, and customer experience.

• Lead CRM Development: Architect, design, and implement CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically tailored for Sales and client management. • Serve as a supervisory principal for the timely and accurate review and approval of traditional and electronic marketing, advertising and other business communications. • Work with Financial Professionals, branch staff, and Marketing on constructive revisions to meet applicable regulatory standards.  • Serve as a supervisory subject matter expert for various social media communications mediums including, but not limited to, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.  • Serve as a resource for the Regional Directors, Regional Supervisory Principals and Branch Office Managers with respect to Communications with the Public. • Assist in development of training and processes related to Communications with the Public as identified through various supervisory reviews or regulatory updates.   • Stay current on industry and regulatory updates and trends that affect how materials may be presented.

• Process IRA contributions, rollovers, conversions, transfers, excesses and re-characterizations into and between accounts in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with IRS regulations; review requests to move cash or securities in client accounts and ensure regulatory and firm requirements are met; follow up on open issues until resolved; seek supervisory approval in unknown areas of expertise. • Post manual deposits to IRA accounts in BETA, scan the checks received for bank deposit. • During fee season, receive and post IRA fee checks. Balance checks received with BETA reports and scan for bank deposit. • Process TRAX IRA distributions from and between accounts according to client requests and set guidelines defined by the IRS and the firm. • Process deceased IRA distributions. Establish Tax Reporting accounts for Beneficiary IRAs • Process state and Federal IRA tax payments daily, semi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly. • Balance General ledger accounts for each state monthly. • Remain current on IRA rules and regulations and how they pertain to corporate policy and industry standards; must be able to understand the impact of the changes in the rules and regulations upon IRA processing, tax reporting and back-office system requirements. • Review reports and forms at tax time; reconcile account information to ensure the accuracy of forms filed with the IRS. Identify and communicate any differences. Follow through to resolution, issue corrected tax documents if necessary. • Approve IRA account applications manually and on TRAX; review forms for accuracy; communicate missing or incomplete paperwork; review beneficiary information. • Approve TRAX IRA ACH requests to ensure monies are sent to the proper accounts in an accurate and timely manner as well as check for required signatures. • Review department reports to find and correct IRA reporting errors. • Issue acceptance letters for direct rollovers requested by clients. • Assist HR with ESOP transfers. Open pass-through accounts, journal shares, issue checks or journal funds as requested. • Back Up for Cash Management. • Perform other duties as necessary.
