Job Description

Identity Governance & Administration Solutions Architect

Experian

• Deliver end-to-end IGA solutions aligned with business and security needs • Translate regulatory and audit requirements into identity governance controls • Develop role-based and attribute-based access models (RBAC/ABAC) and access workflows • Configure and implement SaaS IGA platforms such as SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Saviynt • Build automation for identity lifecycle, provisioning, and self-service access • Troubleshoot complex identity and access provisioning issues • Partner with security, risk, and compliance teams to align controls with frameworks like SOX and HIPAA • Establish monitoring, reporting, and governance for access policies and certifications

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, including 4+ years in IGA
  • Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture and development
  • Experience with SaaS IGA platforms such as SailPoint ISC or Saviynt
  • Hands-on development experience with Java, Beanshell, or similar languages
  • Experience building integrations using REST or SCIM APIs
  • Experience working with databases such as Oracle or SQL Server
  • Experience implementing RBAC, ABAC, and segregation of duties (SoD) models
  • Experience integrating IGA solutions with platforms like Azure AD, AWS, Workday, or SAP
