Salesforce Operations Manager

• Lead the strategic direction of Salesforce Sales Cloud for the revenue-generating organization • Act as the primary business owner for Sales Cloud, balancing seller usability with data quality and governance • Own business analysis for all Salesforce Sales Cloud enhancements and changes • Translate business needs into clear requirements and partner with technical teams to deliver solutions • Own all Salesforce Sales Cloud training content and delivery for revenue teams • Develop and maintain scalable training assets, job aids, and process documentation • Own Salesforce-related integrations across the revenue technology stack • Manage stakeholders, timelines, milestones, and dependencies

Job Requirements

  • Revenue Operations background with strong understanding of sales processes and GTM workflows
  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including Sales Cloud and reporting
  • 2+ years of project management experience, including: Stakeholder management, Milestone and dependency tracking, End-to-end ownership of cross-functional initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable system and process solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
