• Plan and perform penetration tests across networks, systems, and enterprise infrastructure. • Conduct web application penetration testing aligned to OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities. • Apply exploitation concepts including phishing, social engineering, buffer overflows, fuzzing, covert channels, and data exfiltration. • Use threat intelligence to emulate known adversary behaviors and TTPs. • Utilize tools such as BloodHound, Burp Suite, Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, and Mimikatz. • Develop automation scripts and tooling to support penetration testing processes. • Partner with cybersecurity teams to improve automation, detection, and defensive strategies. • Communicate penetration testing methods, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders. • Contribute to continuous improvement of red, blue, and purple team assessment processes.

THE ROLE: We are looking for an Associate Director, Creative Quality Assurance to lead our QA efforts and ensure the flawless execution of high-volume, global creative campaigns. Moving beyond standard proofreading, this leadership role is about safeguarding brand integrity across thousands of assets, from static banners and social animations to live-action video, spanning up to 60 languages. You will be the final line of defense, bridging the gap between creative vision and technical precision while optimizing our QA workflows for scale. As a senior leader within the Creative team, you will manage the lifecycle of quality control and mentor a team of specialists to maintain excellence under tight deadlines. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Strategic Oversight: Lead the QA process for a massive volume of global assets, ensuring every deliverable—regardless of language or format—meets the highest standards of visual, auditory, and brand consistency. - Brand Stewardship: Act as the ultimate authority on brand guidelines across multiple sub-brands, identifying subtle layout issues, stylistic inconsistencies, and brand drift. - Process Optimization: Refine and scale QA workflows to handle 60+ languages, verifying translated assets against source documents and project briefs with meticulous accuracy. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Project Managers and Creative Directors to navigate project lifecycles, troubleshoot delivery bottlenecks, and ensure 100% alignment with briefs. - Team Leadership: Stay at the forefront of QA best practices and industry tools, implementing new methodologies to improve speed-to-market without sacrificing quality. WHAT YOU BRING: - 8+ years of experience in Creative QA or a related production role (Agency experience is highly preferred). - Editorial Excellence: Mastery of AP grammar styles and a "hawk-eye" for proofreading. - Analytical Rigor: The ability to analyze complex project briefs and identify potential layout or technical issues before they reach the final delivery stage. - Communication Mastery: Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to provide direct, actionable feedback to creative teams in a collaborative manner. - Adaptability: Proven success managing high-volume workloads and multiple workstreams simultaneously under rigorous deadlines. - Technical Savvy: High proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based storage systems (Dropbox/Drive). - Deep experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems. - Expertise in Project Management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or Jira). - A background in Performance Marketing, understanding the nuances of high-converting creative. - Cloud Storage: Dropbox, Google Drive. - Collaboration: Google Slides, Sheets, Docs. - Presentation: Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel. • Own test automation strategy & governance • Define a shift-left test strategy across unit, integration, contract, E2E, performance, security, and resiliency. • Establish quality gates (defects, coverage, flakiness budgets, performance SLOs) and release criteria. • Shift left testing: requirements → tests → results → evidence traceability model. • Build a reusable automation framework • Architect a test framework packaged for reuse across CEE teams. • Provide libraries/utilities for API, Solace messaging, database, and contract testing. • Standardize test data management, deterministic fixtures, and parallel/ephemeral execution patterns. • Event-driven architecture (EDA) testing • Validate producer/consumer contracts, schema evolution, and topic compatibility. • Assert ordering, idempotency, exactly/at-least/at-most-once semantics, replay, DLQ handling, and deduplicate keys. • Prove back-pressure, throttling, and consumer lag behavior under bursty market loads; chaos test broker clusters. • Enforce schema/contract gates in CI/CD; prevent breaking changes before promote. • Data-platform & reconciliation QA • Automate data quality checks for market/reference data, order/trade states, and downstream stores (SQL Server/Azure SQL). • Implement reconciliation across OMS/EMS, risk, and settlement; verify lineage and PII/PCI masking where relevant. • Use SQL and profiling to validate accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and SCD/versioned data behaviors. • Manage golden datasets and synthetic market data at scale for repeatable regression. • Pipelines, environments & observability • Embed suites in Azure DevOps (build → deploy → smoke → regression → perf/security) with mandatory gates (coverage, static analysis, compliance, performance). • Orchestrate tests on AKS with Docker/Kubernetes, ephemeral environments. • Validate OpenTelemetry to correlate trace IDs across services; validate Application Insights/Dynatrace signals in assertions. • Performance & security • Baseline latency/throughput; run JMeter/LoadRunner for spike/soak/failover; collaborate on capacity tuning. • Automate OWASP checks (ZAP), enforce SAST/DAST and dependency scanning (Snyk) with remediation gating. • Leadership & operations • Lead QA activities in the project, mentor developers on testability and quality by design. • Contribute to incident response, RCA, production canary/verification suites, and reliability playbooks.
