WHAT YOU BRING: - 8+ years of experience in Creative QA or a related production role (Agency experience is highly preferred). - Editorial Excellence: Mastery of AP grammar styles and a "hawk-eye" for proofreading. - Analytical Rigor: The ability to analyze complex project briefs and identify potential layout or technical issues before they reach the final delivery stage. - Communication Mastery: Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to provide direct, actionable feedback to creative teams in a collaborative manner. - Adaptability: Proven success managing high-volume workloads and multiple workstreams simultaneously under rigorous deadlines. - Technical Savvy: High proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based storage systems (Dropbox/Drive). - Deep experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems. - Expertise in Project Management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or Jira). - A background in Performance Marketing, understanding the nuances of high-converting creative. - Cloud Storage: Dropbox, Google Drive. - Collaboration: Google Slides, Sheets, Docs. - Presentation: Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel. WHAT DO WE OFFER? We are a collaborative, open-door, best-idea-wins environment that fosters personal and company growth and has fun doing it.
