• Lead IT compliance and governance programs in a regulated pharmaceutical environment • Ensure adherence to global regulations (GxP, FDA, EMA) • Manage IT risk and oversee Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery • Partner with QA, Regulatory, and IT teams to maintain secure, compliant, audit-ready systems • Ensure IT systems support GxP processes and comply with relevant regulations • Maintain IT compliance documentation and oversee periodic assessments • Develop IT governance frameworks aligned with industry standards • Conduct IT risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies • Own and manage the enterprise BC/DR program for IT systems • Serve as primary IT contact for audits, inspections, and assessments • Establish IT policies and standards for data integrity and cybersecurity • Develop and deliver IT compliance and BC/DR training programs

• Build and lead customs and trade compliance function across Europe, North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific • Design and implement a harmonized global customs compliance program • Establish governance structures, standard operating procedures, and audit processes across all regions • Oversee harmonized tariff classification (HTS), country of origin determinations, and Free Trade Agreement eligibility • Manage denied party screening, preference documentation, and manufacturing affidavits • Drive training and awareness with internal compliance documentation and best practice guides • Partner with warehousing, manufacturing, IT, and business leaders to align compliance with operational objectives • Track transactional data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities

• Able and willing to do hands on document formatting and regulatory publishing. • Responsible for all documents and submissions to be error free from a regulatory validation standpoint with submissions made on time to meet any internal or external requirements. • Responsible and accountable for implementing SOPs and work processes for documentation, publishing, submissions and archiving. • Works with regulatory strategists and CMC strategists and project team members to execute the regulatory strategy.

• Play a critical role in the technical development, implementation, and maintenance of the GRC platform • Drive integration strategies between GRC platforms and enterprise systems to enable automated data sharing and reporting • Provide expert guidance and leadership on GRC technical matters to senior leadership and business stakeholders • Establish standardized workflows for risk assessments, exception handling, and remediation tracking to ensure consistency and accountability • Develop and implement compliance monitoring and reporting mechanisms in the GRC platform • Perform technical risk assessments as part of security exceptions to identify gaps and engage with the business to understand control environments and mitigation strategies • Oversee issue management processes for audit findings, risk mitigation, and compliance gaps, ensuring timely resolution • Provide expert guidance on GRC architectures and AI-agent development • Participate in the administration of GRC tools and AI-agents
