Position Overview This role supports the day‑to‑day operations of the Netsmart Post‑Acute Academy Learning Management System (LMS). You’ll help ensure clients and internal teams have the training resources they need by uploading content, keeping courses organized, tracking enrollment, and answering user questions. A big part of your work will involve teaching clients and superusers how to navigate the LMS confidently. You’ll also support broader program initiatives by coordinating tasks, refining processes, and reporting on program performance. Key Responsibilities Program & LMS Operations - Support the development and management of internal and external programs to deliver business-aligned outcomes. - Apply best-practice methodologies in program development and management. - Manage day-to-day LMS operations for Post-Acute Academy, including: - Uploading and maintaining training content - Tracking classes and enrollment activity - Answering questions from clients and superusers - Teaching clients and superusers how to navigate and effectively use the LMS Program Coordination & Delivery - Responsible for the completion of assigned program tasks and deliverables. - Develop and maintain business processes that support program objectives. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure program deliverables are met. Reporting & Performance Monitoring - Create and maintain reporting on program performance against defined goals and objectives. - Identify areas for improvement and support ongoing optimization of program workflows.
