About the Role As a Certification Program Supervisor, you will oversee daily certification operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with USDA National Organic Program (NOP) standards. You will play a key role in mentoring staff, improving processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to support both team success and client satisfaction.
