Account Manager
Digital Voices
• To be the senior main point of contact for clients throughout the running of a campaign. • Helps the team design, pitch and execute tailored Influencer Marketing campaigns that partner brands with content creators. • Overall management of client relationships and to be the senior main point of contact for clients throughout the running of a campaign. • Support client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction in partnership with Client Growth Lead. • Stay up to date on clients' billing and debt details, maintaining a clear picture of their internal finances. • Share campaign updates, including any renegotiation of commercial terms, delivery against budget, changes in anticipated delivery dates and sign-offs with the Client Growth Lead. • Schedule monthly client satisfaction meetings and support Client Growth Manager in existing client proposal responses. • Be prepared to report on ongoing campaign performance, success metrics and overall client satisfaction. • Manage exciting, award-winning, creative campaigns for global clients. • Participate in the management of campaigns from pitch state to delivery, including: Collaborating with the Client Growth Lead on creative concepting. • Consulting and sign off on campaign deliverables included in the brief in collaboration with the Accounts Director. • Timely communication with clients during campaigns. • Own key responsibilities for writing briefs, creator contract templates and proposals. • Consistently review the ongoing performance of campaigns, and deliver succinct updates, reports, and learnings to the team. • Design and present campaign reports to clients, in order to scale our work together. • Use data and data tools to analyse the performance of each campaign. • Analyse a mixture of creative and data to develop strategies to improve the performance of campaigns. • Responsible for on-time campaign delivery. • Participate in Campaign Washups. • Fully experience and engage with the influencer marketing world. • Source and reach out to appropriate creators tailored to each campaign. • Track and monitor campaign costs and results. • Run content approvals by giving feedback to creators, ensuring they meet campaign requirements and confirm content publication dates. • Work with the Creative Strategist team to ensure the campaign is running smoothly. • Lead Accounts Team through influence rather than authority to ensure client satisfaction. • Pro-active leadership that encourages the team to perform to the best of their ability. • Fully engage in the company culture, thinking about the future of Digital Voices and suggesting ways in which our processes could be improved. • Continue to advocate for yourself and the agency across the industry.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Activation/Account Manager or at least 4 + years of working in similar relevant roles at an Influencer Marketing agency
- Experience working with influencers and/or working on influencer-led campaigns.
- A strong understanding of social media platforms and the creator landscape.
- Experience running performance marketing campaigns with CPA and ROI benchmarks.
- Strong email etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Impressive organisational skills.
- Confidence to work independently and on fast-paced campaigns.
- Empathy and enthusiasm for large global clients, with a problem-solving brain that is quick to react to pressure if something doesn’t go to plan.
- Experience developing strategically grounded, engaging creative.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with confidence to present under high pressure situations.
- Excellent understanding of social platforms and non-traditional brand communications.
- Confident with key Google Drive softwares, most importantly Sheets.
- Experience with reporting software or data visualisation is a plus.
- If you can speak another language, that would be advantageous!
