Account Manager
Encircle
• Oversee all assigned contract renewals to ensure timely and accurate execution • Own contract processes, including renewal management, quote creation, salesforce opportunity records, forecasting outcomes and tracking progress of signature • Identify opportunities to expand Encircle’s footprint as part of the renewal process • Identify opportunities to sell new products to our current customers • Leverage platform data to run campaigns to create new product pipeline or expansion revenue • Work with the CSM team to identify at-risk accounts and put together a strategy to secure the renewal, as needed • Establish and maintain effective, cooperative working relationships with customers, both via phone and email • Develop a thorough understanding of our products to deliver demonstrations of the Encircle platform to existing customers • Partner with Revenue and GTM leadership on uncovering value, trends and opportunities
Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role such as an account executive or account manager
- Previous B2B SaaS experience
- YOY success exceeding quota targets
- Ability to tackle objections and close deals
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage customer expectations
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) with customers and internal stakeholders
- Experience with software tools like Salesforce, Churn Zero, G-Suite, etc

• Own the full sales cycle for assigned strategic accounts, from initial outreach to deal closure. • Understand and effectively sell IDEMIA’s physical card manufacturing and personalization services. • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with new logo acquisition and cross-sell/upsell opportunities. • Conduct customer discovery and value-based selling to senior decision makers. • Create and execute strategic account plans to accelerate growth. • Strengthen executive level relationships with core accounts and drive customer retention. • Monitor account performance and identify optimization opportunities.
