• The Deputy Director, Partnerships and Networks leads 350.org’s global network strategy and manages a distributed team responsible for building powerful, politically effective networks of local groups, volunteers, and partners across regions. • The role is accountable for setting direction, driving delivery, and ensuring that partnerships and network-building work contributes directly to campaign outcomes, organisational priorities, and movement power. • This position ensures that strong systems, structures, and leadership are in place across regional networks so that teams can operate with clarity, cohesion, and accountability while adapting to local contexts. • The Deputy Director, Partnerships and Networks is also a senior contributor to 350.org’s broader campaigning strategy, bringing movement and network insight into organisational decision-making and ensuring that networks strengthen the organisation’s work to phase out fossil fuels and accelerate a just energy transition.

• Develop and implement a media strategy that supports the plans and outcomes of 350 Brazil's campaigns under the guidance of the National Manager for Brazil and in collaboration with central teams when relevant • Develop and implement a social media engagement strategy aligned with campaign objectives • Create local campaign narratives that connect with issues people care about • Produce, adapt, and publish daily content across social media channels • Identify media opportunities and external events, and plan and coordinate audience-targeted events related to the objectives of 350 Brazil's campaigns

• Implementation of the 12-Month Global FFPO Campaign • Ensure key moments are planned and delivered under agreed narrative frames • Support regions/countries to align national work with the global campaign steer • Oversee delivery against agreed campaign milestones • Oversee the development and execution of 350’s COP31 strategy • Coordinate country, regional, and global contributions to COP moments • Ensure alignment of COP tactics with the 12-month fossil fuel phaseout campaign • Line management of Campaigns & Networks staff (approx 6-7) • Oversee rapid response campaign moments across regions • Sit on the Steering Committee of a global network of organisations working on clean energy • Lead Campaigns & Networks input into organisational planning processes
Global Digital Fundraising Manager

• Oversee the Global Digital Fundraising program, including working with a small team of colleagues and consultants in North America and Europe, to create and deploy a strategy that delivers $3M+ in annual digital revenue, alongside other growth metrics. • Support all content development and lead the implementation of digital fundraising efforts at the global, national and regional levels across email, SMS, paid media, social media, and website. • Prioritize the strategic planning, content creation, and deliverables needed to execute a highly-effective US digital fundraising program - 350’s largest audience and source of revenue. • Create compelling fundraising campaigns and assets in all channels that inspire donors to give, give again, and give larger donations; As required support rapid response content to drive donations. • Monitor and analyze the Global Digital Fundraising program's performance across all channels and data sets to ensure we are capturing the greatest ROI with our strategy and meeting/exceeding our annual goals among revenue growth and donor growth and retention. • Support the Individual Giving Director in creating the most accurate revenue projections and forecasting across all digital outreach. • Support the Digital Engagement and Technology Director in ensuring the adoption of innovative tools and methods that grow and activate more donors. • Collaborate with the Individual Giving Team to amplify ongoing donor cultivation and strategy. • Overall, work closely with national, regional and global staff to design and implement effective digital fundraising content that increases 350.org’s donor base and revenue generation. • Other duties as assigned.
