• Own the full sales cycle for first-time sales (FTS) within the Senior Care SMB segment (primarily practices with <100 providers). • Prospect, qualify, and convert both inbound and outbound leads with a strong focus on pipeline generation. • Sell Medbridge’s In-Home Education solutions (CEU, CPM, Skills and Compliance) and Care (HEP and Patient Education) platform with a focus on solution-based selling. • Effectively navigate buying committees, including practice owners, clinical leaders, and billing/IT decision makers. • Build consultative relationships with prospects by understanding business challenges, clinical workflows, and reimbursement models. • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and support to deliver an exceptional buyer experience. • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.
• Own the proprietary model flywheel with 90M+ assigned programs and build a proprietary therapeutic AI model • Lead AI product delivery across all AI bets and drive design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI systems • Define and execute the AI/ML technical roadmap by collaborating with Product and Content to prioritize clinical and product needs • Establish trust-by-design as a standard by ensuring transparency and auditability in all AI features • Own the clinical AI safety and quality framework, ensuring HIPAA-compliant data handling alongside Legal • Drive cross-functional alignment and work closely with various teams to embed AI in workflows • Continuously evaluate emerging developments in LLMs and clinical AI for practical advantages
• Own the Customer Journey: Manage and strengthen lifecycle touchpoints from prospect through expansion, defining key moments that drive activation, adoption, and retention. • Develop Lifecycle Strategy: create segmentation frameworks and behavior-based programs that improve engagement and lifetime value. • Execute & Optimize Campaigns: Plan, build, and optimize automated campaigns across email, in-app, SMS, and push to support product initiatives and feature launches. • Leverage Data to Drive Decisions: Monitor performance, analyze user behavior, and use insights to improve targeting, messaging, and overall program effectiveness. • Scale Through Automation & AI: Use automation and AI tools to improve workflows, reporting, and campaign development. • Partner Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Account Management to align lifecycle programs with company goals and priorities. • Improve Signal & Reduce Noise: Continuously refine communications to ensure relevance, clarity, and value across all touchpoints.
• Copy edit content, including high-priority, fast turnaround requests • Update copy editing documentation and guidelines to ensure Medbridge content is the highest quality • Work closely with the Post-Producer Manager to ensure copy editor contractors are operating efficiently • Oversee copy editor contractors and assign content ready to be reviewed • Collaborate with department leads and managers to identify areas of quality improvement • Maintain department tools like Grammarly and innovate the course quality review process • Create scalable AI tools to support the editorial and QC process
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions within the Medbridge platform • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define and implement new features • Ensure the code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices • Contribute to improving software engineering practices, processes, and tools to enhance team productivity and product quality • Collaborate with and support teammates through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and pair programming
