• Meet monthly and quarterly new logo contracts targets • Hyperactivity in opening doors, creating relationships and turning them into new contracts • Constitutively sell using a sales process framework • Perform sales discovery calls and demos both remotely and in person where appropriate • Demo software as part of sales process • Discover, complete and submit RFP documentation in an organized way that doesn’t detract from other selling duties • Attend trade shows on the booth to generate leads, engage with the marketplace and learn • Be organization obsessed keeping CRM up to date and proactively follow up and communicate with all prospects • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for clients • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments using that knowledge to open more doors
Job Requirements
- Proven track record of success in SaaS new‑logo sales
- Experience selling into higher education, residence life, or similar audiences
- Strong prospecting capability across multiple channels
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Natural curiosity and ability to ask insightful questions
- Strong written skills, particularly for RFP responses
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
- Resilient, motivated, and outcome‑driven
