Foundation for Talent Transformation

• Impulsar el crecimiento de nuevos negocios en LATAM mediante la captación de clientes y la promoción de las soluciones de Kais Software • Ejecutar actividades de prospección proactiva (hunter) para construir una base de clientes sólida y sostenible • Desarrollar y expandir las ventas de soluciones ERP y MES en el mercado latinoamericano • Desarrollar y ampliar el territorio de ventas asignado en la región • Identificar, contactar y captar nuevos clientes con un fuerte enfoque en la adquisición de cuentas nuevas • Presentar y vender soluciones ERP y MES basadas en el análisis de las necesidades específicas del cliente • Construir y mantener un pipeline de ventas robusto, gestionando el ciclo completo de venta desde la prospección hasta el cierre • Capitalizar, en conjunto con el equipo de Marketing, el proceso de generación y calificación de leads para facilitar resultados de ventas de clase mundial • Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos internos (ventas, marketing e ingeniería) para garantizar una entrega exitosa de los proyectos • Monitorear activamente las tendencias del mercado y la competencia para impulsar el crecimiento estratégico de las ventas

Job Requirements

  • Formación profesional en áreas técnicas o de ingeniería
  • Demostrar una trayectoria sólida en la venta de soluciones de software ERP/MES, con un enfoque probado en el desarrollo de nuevos negocios (perfil hunter)
  • Poseer conocimientos profundos en sistemas ERP y/o MES, procesos de negocio y venta de soluciones de TI para entornos corporativos
  • Aportar experiencia previa en la venta de software empresarial a medianas y grandes compañías, idealmente en los sectores de procesamiento de alimentos, manufactura o logística
  • Exhibir excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y capacidad de cierre de acuerdos complejos
  • Contar con sólidas competencias tecnológicas y dominio de herramientas IT
  • Es deseable poseer un nivel avanzado de inglés, tanto hablado como escrito (nivel de negocios)
  • Disponibilidad para viajar al exterior de al menos 2 semana al mes
