Growth Marketer

• Drive integrated, multi-channel campaigns that combine fuel and engine • Build and schedule emails and social media in HubSpot and Mailchimp • Set up tracking, attribution, and reporting in partnership with Revenue Operations • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to align campaigns to district priorities • Test messaging, offers, and conversion paths to improve performance • Coordinate and ensure success for Inquiry Journeys product and social studies thought leadership webinars • Manage day-to-day tasking across campaigns, webinars, product updates, and customer initiatives • Own execution of email and social deliverables on the editorial calendar • Use HubSpot, Google Analytics, and related tools to evaluate performance
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing
- Experience in K-5 curriculum or EdTech strongly preferred
- Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, webinar platforms, and paid channels is a plus
